Dr. Fisayo Adegoke is a distinguished health and wellness visionary redefining how professional women thrive in body, mind, and purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of HeartyNFit, a wellness brand dedicated to transforming heart health and lifestyle habits through faith-driven, science-backed strategies.
Through her signature programs, Wellness Inspired by HeartyNFit, she helps ambitious women reclaim their energy, lower blood pressure and cholesterol naturally, and cultivate sustainable balance in their personal and professional lives.
As the creator and host of the Visionary Beauties Conference, now in its 9th year, Dr. Fisayo leads a movement that empowers women of faith to align with divine purpose, set audacious goals, and soar beyond limitations into results. Her work bridges the worlds of wellness, vision, and personal growth; helping women build not just healthier lives, but lasting legacies.
With a Doctorate in Health Sciences (Global Health concentration) and a Master’s in Nutrition Science, Dr. Fisayo blends academic excellence with a heart-centered coaching philosophy. She also serves as a youth mentor with DreamRite, guiding young people to embrace leadership, vision, and purpose with confidence.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Fisayo finds joy and grounding in her faith, her marriage, and motherhood. She is passionate about helping women steward their health intentionally, live purposefully, and rise to their highest potential in every season of life.
